Article 1 – Definitions
Under these conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Return/Withdrawal Period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
- Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a professional or commercial activity and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
- Day: Calendar day.
- Term Transaction: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or acceptance obligation of which is spread over a period of time.
- Data Carrier: Any means that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information personally addressed to them in such a way that future retrieval and unchanged reproduction of the stored information is possible.
- Right of Withdrawal: The option for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.
- Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services remotely to consumers.
- Distance Contract: A contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer under an organized system for the sale of products or services, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties.
- Distance Communication Technology: Any means that enables the conclusion of a contract without the simultaneous presence of the consumer and the entrepreneur.
- General Terms and Conditions: These general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer. The offer includes a full and accurate description of the offered products and/or services. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions. The entrepreneur will confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day the consumer receives the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us via email at support@frametheworld.co.uk.

Article 7 – Obligations during Withdrawal
During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the product with all accessories and in its original condition.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur may exclude the right of withdrawal for the following goods:
- Goods made to consumer specifications or personalized.
- Sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for health protection reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Article 9 – The Price
Prices mentioned in offers of products or services are inclusive of VAT. The entrepreneur reserves the right to change the prices at any time, but the consumer will be charged the price listed at the time of purchase.
Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, and the requirements of reliability and/or usability as required by law. If a product is defective, please contact us within 30 days.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
We will take the utmost care in the receipt and execution of product orders. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the consumer. Accepted orders will be executed no later than 7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary between 7-10 business days.

Article 12 – Duration Transactions and Extension
The consumer may cancel a contract that has been entered into for an indefinite period, subject to a maximum notice period of one month.
Article 13 – Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Payment must be made using one of the methods specified during checkout.

Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints about the performance of the contract must be submitted to us within 7 days. Complaints will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the complaint cannot be resolved, a dispute arises which is subject to the dispute resolution process.
Article 15 – Liability
The entrepreneur is only liable for direct damage and will not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of products sold.
Article 16 – Dispute Resolution
Contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement or by the appropriate legal authorities in the Netherlands.
