Art you’ll love — or return, risk-free.

At FrameTheWorld, we believe choosing art should feel exciting — never stressful. That’s why we offer a 90-day return window to give you complete peace of mind. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.


Returns

You have 90 days from the delivery date to return your artwork, completely free of charge.

To initiate a return, simply email our team at support@frametheworld.co.uk with your order details. We’ll guide you through the process step-by-step.

  • In the rare case your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours so we can prioritize your resolution.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 7 working days to the original payment method.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note: actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


To ensure a smooth refund process:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with any included accessories.

  • Artwork must be in its original condition — unmarked, undamaged, and ready for resale.

  • Please package your return carefully to avoid damage in transit.

  • Custom-made artworks that have been approved via preview cannot be returned, as they are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

If an item is returned used or damaged beyond what’s necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund based on the item’s condition.

International Orders

For customers outside the UK, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are due at delivery.

Cancellations

Every artwork at Frametheworld is made to order — created uniquely for you by one of our handpicked artists. This process begins shortly after your order is confirmed.

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 20% applies to cover artist preparation time and materials.
  • If the artist has already started painting (usually 1–2 days after purchase), your 20% deposit is no longer refundable.

Why? Because we don’t mass-produce art, our artists begin work specifically for you, and each brushstroke is personal.

Undeliverable Packages & Address Changes

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missed collection, or refused delivery, we reserve the right to deduct return and reshipping costs.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
