Are the paintings 100% hand-made?
Yes. Every piece is painted by hand, brushstroke by brushstroke, by one of our carefully selected emerging artists. We never use prints or AI-generated art — just real people, real materials, and real craftsmanship.
Can I preview my painting before it ships?
Absolutely. Once your artwork is complete, we’ll send you a high-quality photo for your approval. You can request changes until it’s perfect — we don’t ship anything until you’re happy.
What if I don’t like the result?
We’re confident you’ll be blown away. But if it’s not what you envisioned, you’re protected by our 100-day satisfaction guarantee and free returns.
Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?
Not at all — you have the option to pay just 20% upfront. Simply check the “20% deposit” box above the cart buttonbefore adding your artwork. You’ll only pay the remaining balance after you’ve reviewed and approved your finished painting. It’s art made to order — with zero pressure.
Do the paintings arrive framed?
We offer both gallery wrap (ready to hang) and framed options at checkout. You can also choose rolled canvas if you’d prefer to frame it yourself locally.
Can I request custom colors or a different size?
Yes! All of our paintings can be customized in size or color to better fit your space. Just leave a note at checkout or contact us directly, we’ll work with you to make it yours.
